Our mission
GovernmentGrant.com exists to make the process of researching and locating government grant programs simpler and more transparent. The federal grant landscape spans hundreds of programs across dozens of agencies, with rules, dollar amounts, and deadlines that change regularly. We track those changes and present them in plain language alongside direct links to the official application sources.
How we make money
GovernmentGrant.com is a privately owned commercial website. We earn revenue through:
- Display advertising through the Google AdSense network. All ads are clearly labeled as "Advertisement" or "Sponsored Links."
- Affiliate partnerships with companies that offer related services (financial planning, application assistance, etc.). When we receive a commission for referring a customer, we disclose this on the relevant pages.
We do not charge users for any information on this site, and we do not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage. The grants we describe can be applied for directly through the issuing agencies — usually at grants.gov, studentaid.gov, or the relevant state or local agency website — without going through any service or paying any fee.
What we are not
GovernmentGrant.com is not a government agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:
- The U.S. Department of Education
- The Small Business Administration
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development
- Any other federal, state, or local government body
We do not process grant applications. We do not make eligibility determinations. We do not have access to government grant databases beyond the public information available at grants.gov, USASpending.gov, and similar public sources.
Editorial standards
Every page on this site lists the date it was last reviewed. Grant amounts, eligibility criteria, and deadlines are verified against primary sources (the issuing agency's official website) before publication and re-checked at least annually. Where we cite a specific dollar figure, deadline, or eligibility rule, we link to the official source.
If you find information on this site that appears to be out of date or inaccurate, please contact us so we can verify and update it.
